First, I am sorry I have to ask this but I am just trying to get my brain around everything. I guess all the research and all the different set-ups is starting to get to me. Anyway, as long as the skimmer is placed first in the refugium and plenty of baffels, I can run this and nothing else? I will be DIY this so I can take advantage of what space I have under the tank. By the way I have a 90g. I plan on useing the Octopus 150, Current Outer Orbit lighting, 120lbs LR, 2-3" DSB. So far so good or am I missing something?

    Thank you

yes the skimmer is fine in the fuge but be sure to put it ahead of the actual refugium area. i made this mistake and lost many pods in my original design. and a few baffles entering and exiting is a good way to prevent microbubbles from bombarding your system. there are many designs online so just google it and decide what to build. be sure to match your overflow to your return pump also, this is crucial in preventing headaches. also powerheads or a closed loop system will be beneficial in adding appropriate water flow in the display tank. did i forget anything guys?
