    small sand sifting stars everywhere...will they continue to multiply?

    only if they get alot of food. asterina stars or mini brittle stars. I'm guessing asterina is what you have as most don't see the mini brittles.

    they are harmless in most cases.

    If they are Asterina, I think it's the red and green ones that aren't good
