Remora Pro Owners question?

Hi, for anyone that has the AquaC Remora Pro skimmer, do the newer models have a screw attachment for the mag pumps, as in do they screw directly into the intake rather than just using the plastic clamps?

Here's what mine looks like. I guess if you had a (1/2 inch ?) male-male threaded connector you could bypass the hose barb.

 

Thanks for the pic. I read somewhere that since the mags were heavy that they modified the connection of the skimmer intake to be able to securely connect just not sure how.

Oh I found it a review on marinedepot claimed it comes with 2 plastic brackets & the mag 3 screws directly into the skimmer inlet (so it won't come off), can anyone confirm?
