You have a nice reef tank. Keep up the good work, pafc64.

What are your plans for the empty tank next to your main display? ::)

    Hi Seano
    Thanks for the compliment.
I originally wanted a 6ft tank but had issues with getting it into the house & seeing as Me & the wife like Puffers & some other not reef safe fish I figured I would get a 4ft tank for Reefing & a 2ft cube to use it for a QT to start with & then turn it into a FOWLR later.
Due to spiralling power prices here I shut it down, but now I have had a 4.6kw solar PV system installed to help lower the power prices & when I get all the gear I need Ill start it up then,
I've since bought a smaller tank that I use for Quarantine when I need it & keep the filter in My outside waterchange vessel ready to go.

It looks like all of your corals are really happy in your tank. Great job!

    Thanks:)
I try to keep them as happy as I can,I think the most important thing I did was wait until I was certain My tank had matured & levels were stable before I added any corals,at 9 months old I added the Torch coral & Elegance coral both frags & its only been the last 4 months Ive added the rest.
After seeing so many people rush in & have heaps of coral deaths & problems I was determined to be patient & get things right.

Nice setup....love the solar panels to help offset the power cost.

    Hi :)
OK I put in a new skimmer today as I broke the needlewheel on the old one & wanted a new one anyway so I got a Bubble Magus BM220-CS.
    Happy with it so far:)

Not sure why the Clown has sores on both sides is it because its now hosting in an Elegance Coral & being stung?
