So do most of you guys glue your Ricordeas to your rock structure, or just leave them in the rubble in the more low flow areas of your tank? I want mine to spread and grow but i am unsure of where to put them?

if it is attached already then you can place it anywhere... rics are up there for one of the most tolerant corals for any conditions lol

I have a few orange ones that grow real fast and are up in higher flow near my sps

I put mine on a rock without glue and they are HUGE now. So far no issues of them falling off.

I have given my Ricordea there own rock. The ones I have from the LFS are already attached to rubble, so I just glue the rubble to there rock.

I have mine about halfway down in my 55 under T5. It's been in high and moderate flow over the past, I don't know, 8 months maybe.

It never got bigger than a quarter and has never grown beyond the one I have...

No idea what its problem is

Interesting you say that. I have one that doesnt seem to grow either. Actually it was half split when I got it months ago. Since then it has yet to grow or finish splitting.

I just got one recently (like maybe a month ago), so it hasn't really grown yet, but it seems really happy. I have it placed in the lower third of my tank (90 gallons), with T5s and in moderate flow.

up high under 250w halide with moderate to high flow... has split 5 times in the past 4 months.
it location allows for a little bit of food to be picked up when feeding
