    IT just stopped working :( Im trying to fill up my tank! and its not flowing out water! its vibrating and everything its not flowing out the water so I cant get it up the return pipe from the sump! what should I do :'(

    Have you tried to unplug it and check the prop and see if anything is stopping it from spinning?

    The propeller is probably just stuck to the shaft from salt creep. Just take out the propeller assembly, take it off the shaft, and clean it up a bit. Should do the trick. It happens to me from time to time

    can you pull the pump out of the water and re submerge it? Try that a few times, sometimes air gets trapped and you just need to pull it out and dunk it a few times before water starts to flow. If that doesn't work, take the plastic screen off, and make sure the impeller isn't jammed.
