I've had the RKL basic for a few days and am having problems with the the programming. Danny w/ DA was a HUGE help in getting the heater control running right but now the issue is with sending the skimmer and return pump into stand by.

I'm 99% positive i have the unit programmed correctly however when the stand by command is given the two channels remain powered even though the head unit states they're off and the blue indicator lights go out on the PC4.

I've attached some screen shots of how I've set the channels up in My Reef 2.0 plus added a video showing that the stand by command was given and the equipment continues to run.

Please help me get this figured out.

Your skimmer and return pump aren't drawing enough power to kick the solid state relays off. I have try plunging a surge protector into one of the channels and your pump into that to see if it works

I think I got super lucky with mine. I have my dosing pumps plugged into 2 and 3 and it's working fine for me

    Thanks for the replies.

I was tired of searching and reading. Just plain fed up.

I got the same info from someone else that you all gave and that was the problem.
The issue was easily resolved by moving the skimmer and pump to channels 1 & 4 and putting heater on channel 2.
