Rock structure 1st attempt.

    Here is the start to my center piece I plan to make it higher but I'm going to use live rock for that. This is dry Fiji . The end goal is to have this in the center with an island to each side of it but not touching it.

    Also I have acrylic rods and nuts that I can use..But I’m not sure how to connect the rocks together... This is going in a 90 gallon tank. Any input is welcome

    Looks great. For the rods, you can drill holes through the rocks and stick the rods through it. Not sure how the nuts would work though. Be sure to update us when you're done! :cheesy:

    I will be posting pictures thru the whole process..I'm putting a lot of time into the layout of the rock.

    Nice job, I only learned after I got into keeping aquariums that rockscaping should be done prior to putting the water in :p

    I noticed the rocks are on paper...remember to account for about 2 inches of sand coming up the rocks, as the rocks MUST be pushed down to the bottom glass. This is to avoid a collapse if the sand shifts or if one of your critters ( IE Goby) digs under them.
