You really want one don't you?
Well if you are afraid of aggresion (and tank size permitting) I would find a (quite?) large one and pair it up with 2 (noticeably) smaller ones. Then you will probably have a mating pair who will not mind others (and make fry, however they are difficlt to rear).

It depends on the individual fish, the tank mates and when it is added (first, middle, last). Some will be fine, while others may be more aggressive, although I don't think they are too aggressive overall.

I have one. He/she is peaceful, I have no bad stories to tell about him/her. He will chase other fish away from his cave at times.

I have one. It really doesn't show any aggression, but considering its tank mates are a y.tang and a pink tail trigger, he kinda has to behave.
he is always up front and begging for food. Very nice fish with nice bright colors.

    Here's mine

In your 75 gal. you should not have a problem. I personally have not heard they are aggressive. Mine is real peaceful, now if challenged, it will face off against the other fish. My large Yellow Fin Damsel challenged the Gramma a couple of times and the Gramma faced off and 2 sec. later they went their separate ways. I have a lot of rock work and you need adequate cover, caves etc. as they like to go in holes or small caves to rest and sleep. They are actually sort of shy by nature. I always thought that people who say they are aggressive had gotten a fish (there are a couple) that resembles the Gramma but really isn't.
Say, hows about a full tank pic of your tank? I would like to see it now.
