So I bought one (royal Gramma) and I think my yellow tail damsel didnt like him very much so he decided to eat his tail. His tail is almost all gone. The body is mostly purlple now with some yellow. I managed to get him out of the tank and in to a breed n show tank. that hangs and isolates him from the rest of the tank. Should i be giving him something special so his tail regenerates faster?

I mean to use it as a supplement, you can get liquid garlic supplements, it helps with the immune system. What is behind him, does he have much room to swim around?

Yep, garlic. Dont bother getting the supplements though they are a waste of money. Get a little jar of minced garlic from the store. Just add a little bit of the juice to the food and let it soak a little bit before you feed

Yeah I would take the pipe out. Its just taking up too much room. See if you can find something smaller to stick in there

You can also buy garlic juice at the grocery store that doesn't have to stay in frig. make sure it's 100% garlic juice.

+1 on getting rid of the damsel and soaking the food with garlic juice.

I use to throw tiny pieces of garlic along with the food in the tank. I'm not exactly sure if it would do any harm to the tank or water quality, but my fish love eating it also.
