    Hi,
I was interestd in maybe getting some seahorses.
I would want it to be their own tank and was wondering what the minimum recommended tank size is?
Is there any good sites or articles on sea horses?

I agree with a 30 gal. If you go too big you're going to want to get other fish and that wouldn't be too good.
I've seen a lot of people posting about seahorses lately. How odd.(new seahorse trend?)

meagan seahorse need a very dedicated tank to their needs. they need very little to no flow. they dont swim well and cant manage the currents from a powerhead. live foods is a must. seahorse hunt all day even when you provide frozen foods. and they will benefit from an excess of macro algae to latch themselves to and a place for live foods to culture such as a refugium/ sump. sump will be needed to get rid of unwanted nutrients as well as to re-oxygenate the water. water conditions need to be prestine as seahorses are sensitive to changes in the water column. tank mates cannot compete for food with the seahorse. also corals that dont sting. gorgonians are usually best for seahorse to anchor on to.

there plenty more info to read up on but i wanted to give you some insight.
