Finished with approx. 85% of plumbing. Got both pumps connected, ready to go!! 1st pump = return & to fuge, chiller, Ca reactor, carbon reactor, auto water-change.
2nd pump for closed loop through squid for flow/circulation.
Gotta run PVC to external fuge; PVC lines to/from chiller.
Will slap in Skimmer & plumb in Ca reactor & carbon reactor.
It'll also have an auto top-off with 18g reservoir.
Got about 100lb sand & 140lb LR ready to go.
I'll start making water probably Saturday night.
Aquascape with nylon rods & epoxy..........keep your fingers crossed!!!:victory:

Ocean, I had seen a few reviews of the SQWIDS. The "not so good" were from the first ones made years ago. They've since re-designed and gotten all the bugs out. Is this a recent review (yikes!)?
Thanks guys.....I'll post pics from inside the stand, 1st pump, Ca reactor, etc. so you guys can give me your feedback.:cheesy:

    I like it ,,

I that a squid too on the back"removeable top to clean it now?..

    Sweet ,,
if you paint the plumbling use "Rustoleum Gloss black Fast Dry Profesional"

paint comes in a stainless looking tall spray can .

Make shure your pipes are clean and just spray on with out using a primer. It will look super glossy black and stand up too any salt creep. This paint bonds to PVC and is hard to scratch as it is a Soft curing durable Enamal paint.

I dont p[ait any pieces hat will be blow water ,For the Fishes health;D This is to be used on Exposed plumbing only . In my sump the pipe is unpainted where it enters the water...

Ill have mine all finished up on tuesday. Glossy Black will be a nice touch if ya can.

I cant wait to see filled tank pics.

Looks great Seabass1. I also noticed the screwable top on the SQWIDS, thats perfect to clean them out regularly. Waiting to see the other pics of the rest of your equipment.
