Hey Seanski, all this stuff I got cost money. I beg to differ that nobody worries about money. You guys are young & ambitious, thats all. Gexx is even worse. He wants to make like this "spaceship aquarium" (lol).
What kinda stuff do you need? I got all kindsa stuff laying around & in storage that I haven't used in quite awhile.

You can call me that too i guess. :) lol Wow, Gexx that's crazy. I'd love to see how that comes out!;):cheesy:

I didn't mean that literally about about not worrying about money.

Seabass, I need the following. This is my "shopping list" I will need to pretty much get everything up & running.

Lighting-I am looking at a Nova Extreme SLR T5HO 48"
Phosban reactors - I will try to get 2 - one for cal. & one for carbon or GFO
I need 3 powerheads(1 one either end of the tank, one aiming at the water)I would like to get Hydor Koralia Evo's. A smaller one, used(idc what brand) would be nice for mixing salt for WC. I think I am going to go with an Eheim 1260 for my return pump, I have 5 ft of head, & would like to put a manifold off of the pump to go tobmy DT & reactors & a spare. Oh and a refractometer.
Those are the main things bringing the cost up.

I should be able to get a used coralife 125 form a fellow 3reefer. We talked about this. When I am ready he said he would send it to me for about $100, I believe.

I think that's about it as far as the main things. The rest is just little stuff I can get along the way.(salt, coral propagation/fagging tools, new bulbs for the light, reef & mag test kit, & chemicals)

I got: a Current Pendulum 150w HQI complete, brand new in the box.
a Quiet One 4000 HH pump, brand new still in the box.
    all kindsa working/used powerheads

This is equipment I was buying for particular "projects" that I put on the back burner & just forgot about I guess. Nothing wrong with it at all, 100% guaranteed of course.

PM me. I'll help you out with a deal-of-a-lifetime if
    you're interested (ask Gexx)

Good stuff, Seabass. Can I grow most corals with a single 150w halide? I want a mixed reef. I have a few other questions involving halides. The powerheads sound good. At least for WC I don't need anything special.

Can I get a pic of the Current Pendulum?

You can grow anything with MH. Gexx is using a 150w, no problem on his new tank. This is the fixture. You can suspend or use legs. Come with internal fan, bulb, lunar lights, long chord, etc.
