Perhaps some fish waste would be beneficial to the soft corals.

dude, i'd test to be safe, but zoo's just seem to do that to some people, no rhyme or reason. Some like certain tanks and some don't. It sucks, but it seems like thats what ya get with them. I put 6 zoa frags in at the same time in similar flow and light, and 2 faded away like a month in without warning, the rest did fine. Kinda like xenia.

It would at least help balance the eco system out. My theory is to create as close to nature as you can, so i am trying to get everything i can in my tank to a degree.

I'm going to try to feed them tomorrow with some food in a syringe.

Thats how i feed mine. a syringe attached to about 4"'s of airline tubing and then attached to 2 feet of rigid airline tubing, cheap as heck but ya don't have to get messy.;)

I feed my palys with reefcleaners.org filter feeder formula. I don't really know what is in it though.

Sorry to hear of your troubles Seano :( . I can't keep birdsnest alive for the life of me. Any chance you can get a pic of your Monti cap with these white spots?

I really like your set-up and the creative BP reactor :)

I'm about to buy the Red Sea Reef Foundation Pro Multi Test Kit (Ca, KH, Mg) and a 175g mix of Red Sea Coral Pro salt. Anything else I should get?
