Sounds like you are overfeeding, which may be causing the ammonia. Also, it would only cycle again if you added something else. Have you added any rock sand or fish?

    Hi
Ok it sounds very much like you are going through another cycle which can happen, its just unfortunate you have a fish in there.
Theres not allot you can do about the Nitrite that will be quickly utilised by bacteria which oxidise it to nitrate.
But you can do largish water changes to combat the Ammonia bearing in mind a 20% water change will only reduce the ammonia by 20%.
There must be some die off happening in your tank maybe something in the liverock or sand.
Its likely the high Ammonia is whats stressing the fish out.
There is a relationship between Ammonia & PH so dont worry about the PH , heres a link that describes it Ammonia and the Reef Aquarium by Randy Holmes-Farley - Reefkeeping.com

ive got both live sand and live rock. were slowly adding the live rock because of the fish which i think might have something to do with multiple cycles. it could be over feeding too... im not sure which but my main concern was the fact that the ph was so low and the rest were high, i just wasnt sure if i raised the ph if it would have a bad effect on the fish since the other levels were high. he seems to be fine and i dont wanna mess that up.

Where is the live rock you're adding? Are you buying bit by bit from the lfs, or are you storing it somewhere.....

buying 10-20lbs of cured live rock at a time from the lfs, cleaning it and then placing it in the tank

Your pH is fine, as long as it is not fluctuaiting.
