    one aquarium out of just acrylic would be the best for long term use....just will cost a hell of alot more..but would be really sweet!!

    we were already planning to do all acrylic. we want whats best in the long run i guess you could say for the tank that money is no object. how much we pay for the tank wont affect how much we pay for anything else

    ok so im thinking ill do more sharks and less fish, im thinking 2 black tips, 3 bamboos 1 port jackson and a bonehead. and some other smaller fish and rays and such.

    a hammer head would look cool but the port jackson sharks are cool water so their a no go:(

    if i were to keep the tank at 72-74 degrees all would be fine.

    actually building an acrlyic tank of this size will be cheaper than buying a pre made aquarium made of acrylic. Once you talk to a manufacturer and know your dimensions, by ordering these large acrylic sheets with the rest of your house matertials, this will bring the cost down.

    we have a place here that makes custom tanks and were getting it from them. theyre giving us a major discount because i work for the fish store that is also a part of this store. so i get about 10% off which is major with these costing so much you know
