Ok I have a 2' banded cat shark I need a home for, the local state aquarium is no longer accepting donations like they used to, basically my biggest customer and a good friend of mine basically has to have a shark tank but this guy has out grown his enviornment, as far as price that is negotiable and I'd happily trade him for an egg or baby shark of a small captive breed to give him a good home, he can probably survive another 3-6 months in this setup but he's the same length as the tank is wide now so we're looking for a new home for him.

Out of curiosity why would you trade for an egg or baby if you'll run into this problem again?

Just a suggestion: If you have a LFS near you, or a chain pet store, see if you can post something about trying to find him a new home. Remember to tell people his requirements and don't give him to just anyone. Good luck.

the reason i posted it here is because noone will say they want her unless they have the setup to support her

no LFS here can manage a shark her size and we've always had a shark in this setup and will need to continue to do so, as bad and dumb as it sounds it's a part of the business plan there, we just got blindsided by the aquarium saying they no longer accept donations of livestock
