Should I feed?

    Keep the pumps off for about a 1/2 hour after feeding, you can use a turkey baster as well so you dont have to reach all the way in the tank :)

    Feeding all corals is important, yes they get most of their nutrients from lights and algae but they have developed sweeper tenticles for a reason! My acans really blew up when I started feeding them NLS pellets and now mysis shrimp they look like mini pillows instead of being flat and only semi-inflated.

    Feeding will help your corals grow and color up better, especially lps, but it not required, unless you have nps corals.

    Thanks for the input. I picked up some Two Fish Marine Snow and begun a weekly feeding.
