Shrimp Molts

Hey this is kinda a dumb question, but I got my first cleaner shrimp last weekend. He molted already, and my questions is do I need to remove the molt?

 

I believe just leave them... the shrimp and crabs will eat it up....
it looks kind of creepy eh ?

 

I pull it out but if i dont see it it don't hurt.

 

I leave mine in.

 

never removed any of mine and they either get eaten or degrade quickly

funny aside , I have a torch coral that a couple of mornings ago I noticed shrimp sticking out of, just the feelers and head part - I assumed the worse and that the shrimp had been eaten

I noticed later I still had 2 shrimp - so my shrimp had molted and the cast had fallen onto the Torch and was being consumed ( one dissapointed Torch I imagine - its like getting a takeaway burger and finding you only have the box when you get it home )
