Got home from work today, noticed my midas blenny not looking to good, looking a bit lethargic, and gaunt, few speckles on his body thought that was due to rubbing on the rocks when he backs into his little cave hole, hard to explain but his underneck body area looks purpleish, he's not looking to good at all, all params are good and other fish look fine, any ideas?

Do you feed garlic? That is where I would start. Also when you say speckles what do you mean...

Blennies are very hard to treat as copper is a big no no for them. Is there anyway to remove it to a hospital tank and use antibiotics?

I have no hospital tank not yet, nowhere to keep one in this small house,:-(

then i would have to catch it, as for antibiotics i am a total noob to this.

Don't think the lfs would take him in and treat him either.
