Sick Yellow Tang Help

Ok so I have had my yellow tang for almost 3 years and he has been acting funny lately, hiding more than usual, and he looks skinnier to me. Plus his top fin looks like something has nipped on him maybe. I have not added any fish in probably over a year. All of the other fish and coral are fine and so are my parameters. I have heard people talk about parasites, could this be his problem and if it is shouldn't it bother the other fish too? Thanks for any advise.

 

Here is a picture. I think his eyes look weird too but I'm not sure what they looked like before or if I'm thinking about it too much.

 

Have you noticed anyone bullying him? He is extremely thin.

 

What are you feeding him? How is his appetite?

 

If something is picking on him I'm not sure what my regal tang is kind of bossy but they have been together the whole time. All of my fish are such eager eaters that I didn't notice him hiding out until about a week ago. I usually feed them omega flakes with garlic every day and either brine shrimp or mysis shrimp 3 times a week. When I fed them tonight he didn't even try to eat....

 

The regal might be bullying him. But Id start with the nutrition. Try feeding him some garlic soaked Nori with some vitamins ... Vitamin C always helps out real well. I used it for my achilles when he started to get HLLE... Worked like a charm to start getting his skin back to normal

 

Should I be able to find the food with vit C at my lfs or is there somewhere online you order from? Thanks

That is what I use. There are other brands as well. Ive seen them at a few LFS's so you might beable to just purchase that or a variety of that there.

Nutrition is my vote too. He's extremely thin for an over 3 yr old tang.
