I have a small yellow tang with "red" on his head & face, he looks thin also. I thought he was dead because I haven't seen him in a few days, but he appered today. I just fed my fish, but didn't look like he was eating, just swimming around.

    Any answers?

    Thanks All!

I would try and feed him some garlic soaked algae strips...that could help, and a pic could help also.

Sounds like HLLE. A good diet of greens (nori) and high quality flake foods can do you wonders. also if you ahve cyclopeze, that is very high in protien and will help with the skinny.

yellow tangs get red head when really stressed from under nutrition as advised above feed nori, greens, garlic drops in food and leave stuff on a clip for him to chew on all day
