    Photoshop7 here...you could probably use any graphics editor like colorworks or Paintshop Pro

    Its expensive. up here (Quebec, Canada) the regular version is like 800$ i think. But for the same version you can pay 250$ for it if your a student... go figure...

    You could probably get an older version of Photoshop on ebay pretty reasonably. There are also other photo editing and drawing programs that will do similar stuff they just won't do as much as Photoshop. If you are a good computer graphics person you could even get away with doing it in Paint or the Mac equivalent.
