Skimmer help

I went from the red sea prizm that i was using to an aquarium systems that was given to me with the tank and everything but my problem is that i am not getting any "foam" into the cup, its sitting right below the cup and not going into the tube thing. I have adjusted the amount of air going into the system to the max pretty much. Anybody have any ideas?

 

What kind of skimmer do you currently have? And if possible, try moving the skimmer up and down, might be at the wrong level above the water. Also, it might just be that you don't have the skimmer in an area with enough water flow. I'm no big reef expert, I know more about nanos, but I hope this helps.
