Snail orgy

Well im sitting here at the cpu and decide to shine the flashlight into the tank to see whats up. I was like damn diatom bloom literally exploded in my tank and was piested but looked a lil closer and wouldnt you know to my surprise (im not kidding in any means) theres over a 100 baby snails all on my glass. Well im guessing there was a major orgy in my tank and a lil scared cuz there to small to figure out what types they are right now but if I had to seriously guess its the snails with the black swirl style shells (idk the name to drunk and lazy to look up) but serious wtf is going on in my tank. I didnt know this would happen but the reef gods blessed me with a crazy arse cuc coming soon!

 

That's Awesome. Those are nerites. They are notorious for laying eggs all over the tank. I haven't had any hatch for me yet but I'm hopefull. When they get big enough take some to the LFS and trade em for some frags.

Nerites or cerinths.. one or the other. Probably cerinths if they have the swirl. Nerites are large and black shells. That works! LOL nice!
Sell some of them or trade them at your lfs
