Snails Breeding

    So I bought some snails a couple weeks ago. I had some algae I needed gone so I picked up three large snails. Just not to long ago I noticed some......interesting behavior from them. Just today I some small shells in the sand. I know that they were not there because I stare at my fish tank for like an hour everyday. The shells were super small, like the size of a tine of a fork. I also have some hermit crabs. So if anyone has any info on raising whatever they are or just what they are. And I also noticed I have not seen them move. Any help is appreciated.

    What kind of snails?
    What kind of interesting behavior?
    Tiny shells will show up in your sand all the time as it gets moved around.

    the snails are turbos and I saw a shell moving so they RE ALIVE
