    I would say they most likely starved to death.5 turbos in a 55 is way too many IMO. They do not eat fish food. Only algae.You can supplement there diet with seaweed but it has to be accessible to them.Also make sure your calcium levels are good and check nitrates. :cry:

    I only have one in my 90 and it does an amazing job.;) Competition for algae plays a big part as well. If you have other snails in there consuming the same type of algae you may not even be able to keep one.
