    had to get on all my cold weather gear and run outside

    We had a foot down here too, but our kids did NOT get a Snow Day(Douglas County), but my wife did she works for the state.

    It was -6 here this morning and supposed to be colder tonight

    That is the color of money for me -- 10 plows and 80 snow shovelers out making money. The hours suck thought:(

    lol... I went to bed with about 2 inches of snow :eek: woke up to about 10... Love it... I cant even see my winter car thats parked outside LOL!

    I'm jealous. All I ever get are tropical storms and hurricanes. Stupid Florida!

    I was in Orlanda back in the early 80s and it snowed, and I didn't have the top for my 68 Triumph Spitfire, I had to find an indoor garage and spend the night. I was stationed in Jacksonville at the time

    That was well before I moved to FL but they I've heard stories from the natives about that. I'm in the Tampa Bay area and they got some of that snow to from what I hear. I used to get snow yearly when I lived in DC. Call me crazy but I kind of miss having 4 seasons.
