    Difference in lighting I guess. What color was it online?

    almost had a tint of neon green and a redish brown lol. I can see the colors in the tank just their slightly pale :(

    what lighting do you have at present Red Gambit
    +1 on different lighting accounting for some degree of colour variation
    IME if you increase the amount of actinic light in relation to the white light
    then corals with the green flourescing ability, colouration do pop more

    nothing wrong with that combination Red Gambit

    I started with 3 x 10k and 3 actinic
    but moved towards 14k aquablue tubes in combination with actinic 22K

    hey its only colour, but in x amount of months time when your replacing tubes - check out the Aquablue 14k,s to replace maybe 2 of the 10k lamps and you will be nicely surprised with the effect that has on the green corals in your tank

    Haha Ill have to look into that, The fixtures lights are brand new as of last month... So they still have some running to do IMO :). But soon.
