    Just got my sali alk test today(seachem one I had was either crap or I have basically no carbonate hardness and alot of borate(too much to be feasible unless IO screwed me)).

    anyway I tested my calc and alk today.
    calc is at 380.
    alk is at 3.66meq/l.



    So I have commenced adding more kalk to my top off solution and we will see what happens.

    It's a deep blue stand, I can't find anything on the price or quality of these. However it seems to be of quality build. The guy said it was actually on sale under cost, since all stands were 50% off.

    eventually I will get around to posting pictures of my tank on the new stand.

    But all I really want to say is cardinal fish are a way more awesome addition then you think they will be
