Right i think thats what their called, live in the sand red blood worm looking and a load of long tentacle things they send out to drag food down the holes, anyway, i have noticed for the first time a few of these things, coming out above the surface of the sand, the whole worm, just wondering is this a symptom of any under lyeing problem i could have or is it normal, like i say first time i noticed this behaviour in two years...
    Cheers

I have them but they live in the holes in my rocks. I'm thinking that the type that live in the sand are Medusa Worms but could be wrong about that. In either case they are just dragging food and building material back to thier body and no real threat to anything.

+1 reefmonkey Spaghetti worms live in the rock, and the only thing you usually see of them is their long spaghetti like tentacles, thus their name.
