Hey Everyone- So I have had my eye on a small Spiny box puffer at my LFS and have came home without him for my second tank twice not. Well today was a different story.. I sware they put him on sale because the could sense I was coming. Anyway.. Right now I have him in a LR only tank with a clarky clown.. They seem to be doing well together. My question is.. I know the puffer is a messy eater. What can I put in to clean up after him that he won't eat? If nothing I guess there will be frequent water changes in my future. Which is fine we do what we have to do to support our wildlife and our hobby! Let me know what you think.

You could try a goby of some sort. They tend to stay on the bottom of the tank and sift the sand. They will generally go after any food they find on the bottom of the tank.
