My tank is about 5 weeks old. I just noticed these spots in the past few days. There seem to be more than there were yesterday. They don't move and the snails glide right over them.
Here is a pic of a couple of the spots under the snail's foot.

Nerite snail eggs. You will see them pop up occasionally. Most likely won't hatch...they are just an eyesore if you ask me.

right, in that pic, those spots under that snail (which appears to be a nerite snail) are nerite eggs.

the more food that is available (i.e. algae) the more of these spots you will see on the rockwork and glass. Don't worry about them though...

No worries! Do you see the eggs? That way you know what they look like and you will help others in the future. :) Can easily be confused for coralline, but coralline is usually not white in color unless it gets bleached from a change in lighting. Also, it usuallt looks more blotchy that a solid color.

Finding out the spots are Nerite eggs is a big relief. I was worried they were flatworms . That also explains why they only appear where the Nerite snails are on the glass.

I thought it was coralline at first too, but they started appearing too quickly.

    Thanks again 3Reef :).
