    Hi,

How long can my SPS stay outside the water during water change? Or they shouldn't be expose to air at all?

    Thanks,

I would keep exposure to air to a minimum unless they are glued to the rock, just move em down.

Some Sps are out in the air for hours at low tide with no problems. That being said I usually splash some water on mine if the water is going to be low for a while.

So my Acropora could stay out of the water for 10 minutes safely?

    Yes.

Turn off your lights and fans just to be on the safe side. However, I've had colonies out for HOURS while fragging.

I've leave my sps above the water level all the time when I do water changes or pump maintenance, with no other adverse effect but the goo like film they expel for a couple of hours afterwards. They never lost color or stopped their steady growth.

Nice video! The SPS were really getting battered by the current and exposed to air, but they look like they're thriving.
