Squareback Anthias help?

I have had this fish for a month. was a very good size fish when I got him. he has some major issues right now. labored breathing, when not in motion he is tipped to one side and his eyes are bulging out. parasite? disease? is it possibly something that affect my other fish? any thoughts?

 

How has he been eating? They need to eat 3x/day. Does he have some female friends, if so, how are they doing?

What are the parameters?

Hopefully he pulls through, look around for bubble / pop eye etc.

Nitrate has always been a little high but My fuge is starting to grown some good cheato so those will be going down really soon. I also just got my RO/DI filter and did a 10% water change 3 days ago. I will look up what you suggested also. as far as appearance he looks fine, not skinny or anything. so I am more worried about my other fish also.
