Starfish?

    Looks like an Asterina Starfish. It may be harmless. Just keep an eye on it to see if it bothers anything.

    That's an asterina star. I think the pink ones are bad, if I remember correctly. The ones you have (blue/gray/white?) are safe.

    Keep on eye on them..I had some that look exactly the same as that and they were eating some of my zoas.

    IMO there really is no way to tell if one is reef safe or not, all those theorires (or most) are bogus, the only way you can find out is if you see it eating, so watch it carefully ;)

    Well now there are at least 5 that I can see. I dont have any coral so Im going to keep an eye on them.

    Had hundreds of them in my seahorse tank and some in my reef tank but no where near as many. Never bothered any Zoas or anything else for that matter. great addition to your clean up crew since they eat excess food for the most part.
