Im looking for input on weather or not i can add another fish, and if so what would be a good fit for my system wich currently is a 90 gallon with live rock and a few coral frags. I have a 20 gall refugium, with skimmer, and a canister wich the effluent flow goes thru a uv. i currently have 2 chromis, a hippo tang, kole tang, scooter goby, bullet goby, percula clown, bangai cardinal, long spined urchin, cleaner shrimp, brittle star, 6 turbos, 6 blue leg hermits. I dont want to overstock my system. all fish are fat and happy.

IMO you are just about at the limit. I think that, if you wanted, you could add possibly one more small fish. But otherwise you're about at the limit of the 90g tank, especially with the 2 tangs. (I also have a 90g with a 30g sump/fuge, and you can see what fishes I have in my signature).

you can add more. i would say go with a few more chromis, when they don't have a decent size school they seem to be more aggressive and have a nasty pecking order IMO. or you could also have another bangaii or percula. just make sure that you aren't putting in any more big fish aka tangs.

i would think as jjk said , youre pretty much full. personally i wouldnt add another fish, even a small one. youvce got fish that are gonna grow , especially the hippo , and when that happens you will have too big of a bioload , let alone swimming space.

I would add a blue-spotted jawfish. Doesn't get to big and is a fish with alot of great personality.

Before I make a decision, how much live rock do you have? What's in the refugium? What type of skimmer? What's it rated at? How big are the tangs?

has your nitrates been steady at 0?

if yes, you might be able to handle some more small fish (like a chromis)... but you are near limit...

from what I've read, the hippo tang will get too big for that tank... but no personal experience

assume the tangs are full grown, yes? (because they will be if they're not)
