stocking list?

So if youve read my 90 build its almost is time to start looking at buying the fish I want. The exception if the 2 I have minus the goby (carpet surfed R.I.P.) anyways the current guys are a pink streak wrasse and a tail spot blenny. Both pretty small and docile. Now what im wanting so far is a pair of dragon pipefish, a harem of anthias if I can do it feeding wise, and lastly the tang of my dreams. White tail bristle tooth tang. Could i get problems from the tang being so active among all these docile fish? Also what else do you think I could add?

Oh btw im not buying anything else for another 4 months. Feel like I should wait on stocking it till the bioload can catch up with what it has now. Should nt be a problem because of the skimmer I have but better safe then sorry.

I did forget to mention. That I know the pipefish neeed a very established tank so it would be a while before I can do anything about them but at the same time I wanna get them before the tang so I wont have any problems with it terrorizing them if it does. Same with anything else. Suggestions?
