    ya, I've offered nori on a clip soaked in selcon and garlic, but he prefers the hair algae:loco:

    I'm making a trip to houston tomorrow, I'm gonna stop by a big FS there and pick up some good foods. any suggestions on one-spot & tang food? and good LPS (and all my other fish food) for that matter?? =D

    the 1 spot and tang both eat the nori. i also give them optimum flake. and couple times a week mysis. but for the tangs, veggie matter is very important.

    yea i knew that much, I do nori for them, though they haven't found it yet, they're eating plenty of hair algae though. I was thinking about getting some sea veggies brand food. also dunno which frozen food is best for the herbivores.. I guess rod's herbivore blend is best lol but its a little expensive.

    romaine lettuce and broccoli are good too. i know some have had good luck with the broccoli, mine have never taken to it.

    Yea, both my fox-face and my tang started eating the nori today. I'm thinking about ordering some Julian sprung's sea veggies. My LFS caries ocean nutrition formula 2 flakes. Wondering which way to go.

    get them both. lol . they like a variety of foods. doesnt hurt to mix up the diet. how big is the 1spot? mine when i got him was about 3 inches , its pushing 6 now with 10 months.

    About 2 inches. Small. It has such a fat belly now. only been 2 weeks. It eats everything I put in there.

    wow, thats really come along since your initial pics. looks awesome. can see your sun polyps open . wheres the dendro, i couldnt make it out. but lookin real good stone. thnx for sharing.
