Just drill a small hole in the grey returns where they enter the tank drill the holes just at or just below the normal water line I like mine just at the line that way i can see if its clear and open. But that way when the pumps go off the little hole will pull in air and act as an air gap to stop any siphoning from the tank to the sump when or if the pumps stop working . a 3/16 drill but will do just fine or a 1/8 even Also why two return lines ? and that grey line with the bull headed tee is killing your return volume from the sump and not doing the pump any good either. You just added about 6 ft of head pressure if that is a 1/2 tee you have bullheaded there ?
