I've found that my puffer will eat them. If I find some I will move to rock to my fowlr for a little bit till he gets them.

When I first got him I had a bunch in my big tank but didn't worry about them because it was a fowlr, next thing I know they are completely gone.

I had between 75 to 100+ in my 75g. Used aptasia x and it was like fertilizer, got fed up and order the berg. nudibrach. Did the long slow drip acculamate and added to tank, well never see them much after that. 2 months later the aptasia are gone. I even had them in the sump. Just go to salty's underground and get the 1/4" for 6 bucks.

I have had great luck with peppermint shrimp. I have 3 that live in the tank all the time and even when I bring in frags that have aiptasia they kill it all before it spreads. Though they do seem to like some lps corals just as much. They killed my first hammer head, and tried going after my new one.

go buy a small syringe from a medical supply store-the type used by diabetics for insuling. suck up a smaLL amount of kalk paste and inject it into the aiptasia. Burns them from the inside out. Always works. Careful with the needle ahah

I've tried everything! Several different aptasia pastes, home made recipes, peppermint shrimp, filefish. Bergia Nudibranchs are what finally worked for me. I've got a 90g, and had close to 100 aptasia at least. I bought 8 nudi's and very quickly they were all gone. I've still got my filefish, so perhaps he keeps the babies from popping up.

I have the zapper, it works some of the time. I tried pastes, etc. they work on occasion.

I kept trying a few peps with no luck, so I pulled em out and tried Bergia. They worked for a while, but they died off without really clearing up the problem. I got mad.

I went and bought 9 peps for my 60. Two days later, all but two were gone. Two months later, the two are still there, but I've seen none more being added. I got a long nose butterfly and he seems to help with the real little ones. I think the trick with peps is bulk.
