Stupid Snails

I woke up yesterday to find my Vortech in stall mode (blinking red light) the wet side had fallen down into my tank and broken off two pieces of my orange digitata colony. I thought something in the vortech had broken or something. Well it turns out that two dwarf ceriths had gotten into it and somehow caused it to stall, still don't know how. When I took the wet side out, the two snails fell out of the interior. It's back up and running now, but it was just an annoyance. Anyways, the good news is that I have two frags of orange digitata, so if any one is in my area, 19382, you can have them for free.

I feel your pain. I've been keeping an eye on my maxima. Darn turbos knocked it over a few nights in a row. Even when I had it on a corner rack, in a tupperware bowl. Glad the maxima is secured now. Hope a turbo can't pull it over still.

 

Snails are nice to have in tank, but they get every where and knock things over. The same night, my poker star monti was knocked over too and about 1/4 of it died because it fell on my lobo which stung it.

 

ah man, that sux. the snails can definitely be a pain sometimes.

my coralline has gotten so thick that my crabs have realized they can climb the back wall and get to my equipment. : I'm just waiting for them to tear something up dangit.

my ceriths are always on my vortech i ge so worried that tehy are going to ruin the powerhead
