Sump/fuge help.

    So I have been looking into setting up a sump/fuge for my 55. I was going to use a 20 long. My questions are
    1. Would using the current HOB skimmer I have (AquaSystems 150) work?
    Meaning could I just set it in there.
    2. Im using a Fluval 405 could I use this inside the skimmer to? Or after its running would the fluval be overkill? Im trying to reduce clutter in my tank.
    3. Lighting. Ive got a 28watt coral-life. Would that be ok for over the fuge? Or overkill. I see everyone using regular CPs.
