Sump/Fuge/Overflow build.

So, me and Paro6k, have been debating buying a fuge for a few weeks , but most of the ones that hang on the bank (we are not drilling the tank, now or ever lol) are TINY so i finally got it into his head that we're gonna make everything, i'm like pfft y not. So after WEEKS and i really do mean it weeks of arguing over details, figuring out basic build concepts, etc. etc. we FINALLY did it. Yesterday . We're very proud of it. Its the first thing we've built for the tank

 

no, final working shot because my camera's battery died, altho Paro6k might post some later :/ but it DID work, altho getting it going was wicked hard, once we got it it was wonderful we were so excited.

it was pretty exhausting in the end, even Molly was pooped.

It was working great, but my mom said it was too ugly for her kitchen so I ended up ordering an overflow, which is too slow for our diesel pump so we need to exchange it.

the silicone was the most expensive part!
all you do is saw and glue, easy peasy
