I need to get my sump up and silicon'd today, the boss will be back tomorrow and i need to get it so i look like i did something other than make a sweet sump setup.. can anyone take a look at my FUGE/SUmp. This is a 30 gallon tank, that will be a sump for a 90 gallon tank. I've made a COVEY overflow and hope to get a 600 gph pump.

Not the way I would have done the sump but that will work you need to feed the fuge and then let that dribble over into the pump back to tank section you never want to much water blasting through a refugium or the DSB or grasses will have no time to deal with the NO3's and po4's Whats a Covey overflow ?

Buy a pump that is a little larger then 600gph because you will have head loss due to 90 degree fittings and so fourth. Just put a T valve after the pump so you can dial it down if you need.
