    Hi ,
What size sump can i fit under a 150gal bow front tank ? It on a wooden stand.
I would like put it in the middle of the stand and have space on the ends for my pump etc. I was told that the sides are 14'' . I don't know the space it has from the back to the front [bow] is.
I don't have the tank . Or i would take a look for myself .;D

    Thanks

I could be wrong, but I like to get up to half of what the DT is. For ex. for a 150g tank, I would get no bigger than a 75g sump. That doesnt mean you cant go bigger, but if you did, then you might not have room for other equipment like reactors, refugiums etc etc.

Go on Ebay and see if theres the same tank that your looking for so you can get the foot prints. If it where a regular tank that was square, then it would be easy, but its the bow that throws the measurements off. Good luck

Are you familiar with Google? They are awesome!! Just search "150 bow aquarium measurements" and use the length and width numbers to figure it out. Cheers!
