Hi - will a Naso or Blonde Naso get along with a powder brown, since they look similar?? I wanted a Naso but could not afford it at the time so I got the closest thing--A Powder Brown---I love my Powder Brown, But I still want the Naso!!!!

I would say no. They are of the same color and shape. I will bet you dollars to donuts that they fight.

I have housed both without an issue. the only caution i will give you is that in general powder tangs are not know to have long lives.

Chances are smaller in a tank that size. As long as they can find their own niche, you might be OK. Really, it is a case by case basis.

In a tank that size I think you could try it, but you definitely would need a backup plan.

Well, actually, they don't look similar. They do have different body types, and are of a different genus. The rule is to prevent conspecifics, which has a high likely hood of fight.
