the angel and tang together will be fine, however the tang will show any future new fish who is boss.
Yellow tang especially are quite the bully

The CB will be fine. Mine doesnt bother anyone, well except for the Flame angel. Hopefully the bigger tank will give them places to hide.

When you add any new fish, you will have some sort of territory battles. The Tang has alread picked out his spot so the CB will find a new one.

The Tang shouldnt seek out the CB to be a bully but will likley protect his spots.

That said, it seemes the same fish react differently for different people and tanks.

    \Cheers

You need a established tank to keep one of these alive.

I have a yellow tang and a coral beauty. They are great together. Nooooo problem at all.

Yup, established tank big time. They need pods to feed on (graze), so you need an established population for them to survive.

As far as territory, the mandarin would not invade the space of an angel or tang, wrong size wrong shape for them to even care about.
That being said, i hope you have considered the mortality rate of dragonets in the home aquarium??!
Try and find one that will accept frozen foods.

Getting a goby and a dragonette when you already have a blenny in a 55 *may* cause problems. Thats an awful lot of fish that are going to want to occupy similar space. And like they say, the dragonette *may* only eat pods. And not just any pods, but copepods, and copepods only. some may not even eat those. The Coral Beauty and Tang will be fine together, assuming the 55 can handle the bio-load.
One thing you should consider is the coral beauty may nip your corals. They are one of the safer angels, but still an occasional one may want to.
