    How did I miss this thread?

    Nice!!! Looking forward to seeing everything come together. I'm all for the half dozen or so Vortechs, all working wirelessly with each other--would give you a pretty fair simulation of a natural reef.

    Please keep us posted with pics!

    You must have gotten that tank from Joe as that looks like his truck LOL I bet he loved hauling that out to Amelia and back everyday LOL Tell him I said high , Does he still still have that old Ford parked outback or did it just rust away totally ?

    what???? this thread has been goin a month now. we gone through all the tirals and tribulations with go to sleep. weve lived his nightmare , and all we get for our sympathies and caring is one lousy pic of it in the back of the pickup? im hurt. lol :D .

    glad you finally got the tank , now the real fun begins for you. im really lookin forward to the progress updates . congrats on your tank and patience.

    Only bad things happen quickly in a reef tank

    Luna, How many more would you like? I have quite a stockpile.

    I was pretty excited for Vortechs as well but the glass on my tank is too thick. I did see a video on youtube of a guy with a weir tank that has a dry box hung over the side so that he can run his 6 MP-40's. At the moment, I think that I can going to try and muddle through with Tunze's. I should be able to mount these to the overflows so that they are inobtrusive.

    I've got about 35 pics and will post more soon. One of my partners stopped by last night and asked if I wanted to take a spin in his new Ferarri 380 so this cut into my picture posting time.

    Yea, that's Joe's truck. Ive got a picture of him inside the tank. I think that the Ford is still out there.
