Are you referring to controllers? Like reef keepe or apex?
You can monitor ph, temp, salinity, dissolved o2, and can make failsafes for pumps and heaters.

You can remotely access some thru Internet or iPhones. There's tons of info on here
If you google controllers up in the search bar on 3reef.

I'm sure more will chime in.

What remote or shall I say controller are you looking at (apex, RK, etc)? You can control anything and everything you plug into that power strip that works with that Controller.
For Ex I have the Neptune Apex controller, I have my lights, heater, fans, and a air stones connect to one powerstrip, I can remotely turn on and off these devices from my phones anywhere I get service. I can also monitor my Ph and temp and get alerts if something goes south.

Yeah, theres not much they cant do. Pricy, but it will pay off down the road. Imo get at least the apex lite, the jr is a waste of money, because youll end up buying the probes and modules the lite comes with later anyway. i wish i could afford one...

Thanks Cosmo! I really enjoy the ability to control everything and anything on my tank. Here are a few screen shots of the iPhone app using the Apex Controller.
